It has been ten years since British voters made the momentous decision to leave the European Union. The EU referendum result on June 24, 2016, led to a profound transformation of British politics and sparked Brexit-related infighting that continues to this day.

But if the UK has not truly moved on, what about its former partner in this divorce, the EU? And what does Brussels think when the British government talks about rebuilding this relationship? These questions were put to two MEPs on the program 'Talking Europe'.

The episode, prepared by Perrine Desplats, Isabelle Romero, and Oihana Almandoz, explores the lingering tensions and the path toward potential reconciliation a decade after the historic vote.
