10 new tourism attractions in Kurzeme this summer
The Kurzeme Tourism Association highlights ten new offerings for the summer, from an adventure park in Liepāja to a rose garden in Tukums and a raft in Roja.

This summer, several new tourism attractions and activities have opened in Kurzeme, suitable for families and active holidaymakers. Ingrīda Smuškova, chair of the Kurzeme Tourism Association, presents ten highlights.
In Liepāja, the adventure park "Tarzāns" has opened in Jūrmala Park with three obstacle courses and a 50-meter zip line. Also in Liepāja, the rally history exhibition "Garāža 1965" showcases vehicles from different eras.
In the South Kurzeme municipality, Kazdangas ZOO welcomes visitors with over 80 animal species, including capybaras, zebras, and alpacas. Nearby in Pape village, the new exhibition "Dzintarvēji" focuses on bird migration and fishing history.
In Ventspils, the science center VIZIUM has a new interactive exhibit on Earth's structure and climate. In Kuldīga, the Alekšupīte expedition along the riverbed remains popular.
In Padure, Kuldīga municipality, the workshop "AmaNORD" offers pottery classes and tours of a historic factory. In Saldus, a walking trail along the lake, panoramic swings, and a public courtyard have been created.
In Tukuma, visitors can follow the "Rose Route" and visit the rose garden "Rozītes," with over 300 varieties. In Roja, a motorized raft named "ARVEN" offers sunset cruises on the river, accommodating up to nine people.
