Murder of 15-year-old Olga: Father recalls the crime scene in Jaunciems
The father of Olga Kozlova, murdered in 2009, recounts the details of her killing by four minors, including her classmates, and the subsequent discovery of her body.

On July 5, 2009, 15-year-old Olga Kozlova was murdered by four minors. Two of them were her classmates. The organizer was a classmate named Nikita, whom she regularly helped with homework.
The murder was carefully planned and took place in the Jaunciems forest, where the body was also buried. Olga's remains were discovered more than a month later, on August 11.
Her father, together with acquaintances, found traces in the forest that indicated a burial. Upon finding the remains, the police confirmed that Olga had died a violent death.
Now, the father revisits the location near where he found his daughter to share his memories of the tragedy.
