241 combat clashes on front: General Staff reports intense fighting
On June 27, 241 combat engagements were recorded on the frontline. The highest enemy activity was in the Huliaipole and Pokrovsk directions.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that on June 27, 241 combat clashes with Russian forces occurred along the entire front line.
In the North-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, 11 engagements were recorded. In the South-Slobozhanskyi direction, the enemy attacked 15 times, mainly near the settlements of Karayichne, Zybine, Lyman, Starytsia, Symynivka, Okhrimivka, Artilne, and Khatnie. In the Kupiansk direction, three attacks took place near Novoplatonivka.
In the Lyman direction, the adversary attempted 16 times to break through the defense near Novoselivka, Zarichne, Ozerne, and towards Drobysheve and Lyman. In the Sloviansk direction, 22 storming attempts were made near Zakitne and Riznykivka, and towards Rai-Oleksandrivka and Kryva Luka. In the Kramatorsk direction, one attack occurred near Tykhonivka.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, 21 attacks were launched near Kostiantynivka, Illinivka, Stepanivka, Toretske, and Ivanopillia. In the Pokrovsk direction, defenders repelled 24 assault actions near Nove Shakhove, Dorozhnie, Gryshyne, Novooleksandrivka, Udachne, and towards Novy Donbas, Bilytske, and Novopavlivka. In the Oleksandrivka direction, six enemy attacks were stopped near Voskresenka, Vorone, Kalynivske, and towards Andriivka-Klevtsove.
In the Huliaipole direction, occupiers conducted 29 attacks towards Zaliznychne, Vozdvyzhivka, Hirke, Staroukrainka, and Charivne. In the Orikhiv direction, defenders halted two attempts to advance towards Lukianivske.
It was also reminded that over the past day, Russia lost 1,250 soldiers in the war against Ukraine, bringing total occupier losses to 1,400,970.
