95 Out of 101 Russian Drones Destroyed: Six Hits Recorded

On the night of June 24, Russian forces launched a massive drone attack on Ukraine, using 101 unmanned aerial vehicles of various types. Ukrainian air defense managed to neutralize 95 enemy drones, but six hits were recorded at five different locations, and debris fell at six more sites.
The attacks began on the evening of June 23 around 6:00 PM. The enemy employed Shahed strike drones, including jet-powered modifications, as well as Gerbera, Italmash, and Parodya imitation drones. The drones were launched from the Orel, Kursk, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk regions in Russia, as well as from the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Gvardiyske in Crimea.
Defense efforts involved aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups. The Air Force reported that as of 8:30 AM, 95 drones had been shot down or suppressed, and the attack was still ongoing—enemy drones remained in the airspace. Civilians were urged to follow safety rules.
