In a meta move that proves the value of its product, Lyzr, a startup specializing in enterprise AI agent development, has successfully closed a $100 million Series B funding round largely orchestrated by its own AI agent, SivaClaw. According to Bloomberg, the system handled interactions with over 130 investors, including answering questions, drafting investment memos, and monitoring engagement with presentation slides. This approach served as a powerful demonstration of the product's capabilities, effectively proving that the technology works in a real-world scenario.

The round valued Lyzr at approximately $500 million. The company reported attracting $400 million in interest from investors across Silicon Valley, the Middle East, and financial sectors. Notably, the founders did not need to travel for meetings, highlighting the current abundance of capital chasing AI opportunities. The ease of raising such significant funds without traditional roadshows underscores the intense investor appetite for AI-driven startups.
