airBaltic Board Re-elects Martinov as Chairman; Sedlenieks as Deputy

At the shareholders' meeting, Andrejs Martinovs was re-elected as Chairman of the Board of airBaltic, Jurģis Sedlenieks as Deputy Chairman, and Ruta Amtmane as a member.

At the shareholders' meeting of the airline airBaltic, decisions were made regarding the composition of the company's board for the next three years. Andrejs Martinovs, the previous chairman, was re-elected to the position, while Jurģis Sedlenieks was elected as his deputy. Ruta Amtmane was also elected to the board for a three-year term.

All three newly elected board members had previously served as temporary board members. The information was provided by the Ministry of Transport.
