Apple's AirPods Pro 3 noise-canceling earbuds are currently discounted to $179 at Amazon as part of the October Prime Day sale, down from their regular price of $249. According to The Verge, this marks a strong deal, and other retailers are expected to match the price in the coming days.
This is the first time the price has dropped below $190 since Prime Day in June. Since then, Apple has released the AirPods 5 line, with its most fully-featured version — including a wireless charging case — priced at $149.99. While cheaper, that model is aimed at people who prefer earbuds that don't form a seal inside the ear canal. For everyone else, the AirPods Pro 3 are considered the better value, costing only $30 more at the current sale price.
Features
The AirPods Pro 3 come with five different ear tip sizes for a more customizable fit. The earbuds feature a redesigned shape for improved comfort, stronger noise cancellation, and richer bass response. They also include a live translation feature and reasonably accurate heart rate sensors, making them suitable for workouts as well as everyday listening.
