Ministry of Defense Clarifies: Reserve+ Will Work Normally, Technical Works Only at Night
Ukraine's Ministry of Defense clarified that the Reserve+ app will operate as usual, with short technical works nightly for 1-2 hours.
Ukraine's Ministry of Defense has clarified on social media the earlier announcement about the availability of the Reserve+ mobile application. The ministry stated that the app will work in normal mode, and the technical works will be carried out nightly, lasting only one to two hours.
Previously, the ministry had announced that from July 18 to 22, Reserve+ might be temporarily unavailable due to technical works, which would mostly be conducted at night. Now it has been specified that these will be regular nightly maintenance periods, not a prolonged outage.
To avoid potential issues, the ministry recommends that those liable for military service who have a deferment or reservation and plan to cross the border at night or move during curfew hours should, as a precaution, download the PDF version of their military registration document. To do this, users should press "+" on the main screen of the app and select "Download PDF".
