Four Suspects Detained for Systematic Animal Cruelty in Latvia

Latvian State Police have detained a group of four people suspected of systematic animal cruelty. Over the course of several years, the individuals allegedly committed sexual acts with various animals at one of their keeping sites in Latvia. The investigation is ongoing. Non-custodial security measures have been applied to the suspects.
