Data on Saeima deputies' activity shows that Artūrs Butāns has spoken most frequently, while the "United List" faction has submitted the most legislative initiatives.

An analysis of Saeima deputies' activity up to June 10 reveals the top 10 most frequent speakers and the most active factions in submitting legislative proposals. Although numbers may have changed slightly since then, the trends are clear.
The most frequent speaker is National Alliance deputy Artūrs Butāns, who took the floor 381 times. He is followed by non-faction deputy Viktorija Pleškāne with 366 speeches, and Edmunds Zivtiņš from the "Latvia First" party with 329 appearances. Other active speakers from his party include Ainārs Šlesers (who is no longer a Saeima deputy), Linda Liepiņa, and Ramona Petraviča.
In terms of legislative initiatives, the "United List" faction stands out for submitting the highest number of proposals and documents. More details are available in the video report.
