Latvian Alpinist Mārtiņš Bilzēns Returns Home After Alaska Accident
Mārtiņš Bilzēns, the sole survivor of a four-member climbing group that fell 300 meters in Alaska, returned to Latvia on Tuesday evening after nearly two months of treatment at an Anchorage hospital.

On Tuesday evening, Mārtiņš Bilzēns arrived back in Latvia after a severe fall from a height of 300 meters in Alaska. He is the only one of the four climbers who survived the accident. Following the incident, Bilzēns spent almost two months recovering in a hospital in Anchorage before he was able to return home. No further details about his current health condition or future plans have been released yet.
