Alba rallies from seven-point deficit to force tie in German finals

Alba Berlin defeated Bayern Munich 91-83 in Game 4 of the German basketball league finals, tying the series at 2-2.

German Finals

In Game 4 of the German Basketball League finals, Alba Berlin came back from a seven-point halftime deficit to defeat Bayern Munich 91-83 at home, leveling the series at 2-2. Bayern led 45-38 after the first half, but collapsed in the second half, scoring only 16 points and making just 5 of 28 field goal attempts. During this stretch, Alba mounted a decisive 26-0 run.

Justin Bean led Alba with 17 points and 9 rebounds, while Malte Delow added 11 points and 8 rebounds. For Bayern, Nenad Dimitrijević scored 14 points.

Game 5 will be played Sunday in Munich.

French Finals

In the French league finals, Paris regained the series lead by defeating Monaco 88-77 on the road. After winning the opener 95-91 and losing the second game 90-102, Paris took Game 3. Lamar Stevens scored 24 points, and Nadir Hifi added 22 points and 6 assists.

The next game will be Sunday in Monaco. The series is best-of-five.
