Nelly Korda, an Olympic golf champion currently regarded as the best golfer in the world, was recently spotted walking through the streets of Amsterdam. A video that has since circulated shows an unusual moment when a couple approached the athlete on the street.
The couple, upon meeting Korda, asked her for a simple favor — to take a photo of the two of them together. Everything suggests the couple did not recognize that they were speaking to one of the most prominent golfers in the world at present; the request was addressed to what appeared to be an ordinary passerby rather than a celebrity.
Korda obliged and took the couple's photo. As a result, she herself does not appear in the resulting image — only the couple she photographed is shown. The moment was filmed and later shared online in video form, drawing attention.
