England Inflict Historic 7-0 Defeat on Croatia in Nations League
England thrashed Croatia 7-0 in the UEFA Nations League, handing the Croatian national team the heaviest defeat in its history.

Crushing win on the road
England's national football team secured one of its most emphatic victories in years in a UEFA Nations League Division A match, beating Croatia 7-0 on the hosts' home ground. It is the biggest defeat in Croatia's national team history, surpassing the previous record of a 0-6 loss to Spain.
The visitors raced into a commanding lead early on. Harry Kane opened the scoring in the eighth minute with a precise finish into the top corner, and Jude Bellingham doubled the advantage in the 21st minute. By half-time, Anthony Gordon and Bukayo Saka had extended the lead to 4-0, even though Croatian goalkeeper Dominik Livakovic had managed to block a close-range effort from Gordon earlier in the half.
After the break, England kept attacking. Kane added his second goal of the match, while an inadvertent pass from Croatian defender Josip Stanisic gifted Saka the chance to score his second goal as well. Morgan Rogers rounded off the scoreline with a solo counter-attack, beating Livakovic to make it 7-0.
The result strengthens England's position at the top of Group 3 in Division A, where Spain remains the main rival, while Croatia stays in third place.
Baltic success in Division C
Elsewhere, Division C fixtures also took place. Estonia defeated Luxembourg 1-0 thanks to Rasmus Patson's fifth-minute goal, lifting the Estonians to second place in their group. Iceland, meanwhile, claimed a convincing 3-0 win over Bulgaria.
