Carabao Cup preview: Arsenal's Dowman in focus as Liverpool face Chelsea
Sky Sports has previewed this week's English League Cup (Carabao Cup) fourth-round ties between Premier League and lower-league clubs. The focus is on 16-year-old Arsenal talent Max Dowman and the Liverpool v Chelsea meeting at Anfield.

The Carabao Cup is England's league cup, a knockout football competition featuring clubs from the Premier League and lower divisions. This week's ties are being played on Tuesday and Wednesday, with Everton v Newcastle due on Thursday, and Sky Sports has set out the main talking points.
Arsenal and a young talent
On Tuesday Arsenal face Fleetwood Town. Sky Sports argues that manager Mikel Arteta should use 16-year-old Max Dowman regularly. He was man of the match against Ipswich Town in the previous round. Bukayo Saka's injury opens the door for Dowman to play more often, and he could compete with Noni Madueke and Eberechi Eze for a starting place.
Peterborough chase a milestone
Bradford City host Peterborough United on Tuesday. Peterborough, taken over in early October by Robbie Savage, have won five points from his first four games. To reach the Carabao Cup quarter-finals for the first time since 1992, they must break down a Bradford side that has conceded only five goals in 12 league games. Bradford, managed by Michael Duff, are offering tickets for £5 to boost attendance.
Liverpool v Chelsea
On Wednesday Liverpool and Chelsea meet at Anfield, with both head coaches, the Basques Andoni Iraola and Xabi Alonso, facing important league matches at the weekend. Liverpool have won their last three games, while Chelsea lost 2-0 to Tottenham on Saturday and will be without Cole Palmer, who was sent off in that match.
Other ties
On Wednesday Manchester City face Brighton, Bournemouth host Aston Villa, Fulham meet Crystal Palace and Sunderland take on Brentford.
