Ansis Zeltiņš Re-elected as President of Latvian Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation
Ansis Zeltiņš remains at the helm of the Latvian Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation after being re-elected as president, with Janika Judeika chosen as secretary general.

During the general meeting held on Tuesday, members of the Latvian Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation (LBSF) re-elected Ansis Zeltiņš as president and appointed Janika Judeika as secretary general.
The new LBSF board also includes Dāvis Kaufmanis, Jānis Miņins, Kristaps Kotāns, and Mārtiņš Dambergs. Zeltiņš, who also serves as the head of the Freeport of Riga, first became president in 2022, succeeding Jānis Kols, who had led the federation since 2006 and announced he would not seek re-election.
Commenting on the meeting, Zeltiņš highlighted that the focus is now on a strategy for the next two Olympic cycles, covering participation in competitions and expected results. He noted the challenge of uncertain state and sponsor funding over such a timeframe.
