Anthropic Launches 'Reflect' Feature for Claude — A Year-in-Review for AI Usage
Anthropic has introduced a new 'reflect' feature for its Claude chatbot, offering users a usage analysis similar to Spotify Wrapped. The beta feature is now available for free and paid users.

Anthropic announced on Thursday the launch of 'reflect,' a dashboard for its Claude chatbot that provides users with a personalized analysis of their chat history. The feature lets users review their interactions over the past month, three months, six months, or year, highlighting key topics, task types, and usage patterns such as peak times.
Users can also set 'quiet hours' and break reminders. Anthropic mentioned that a metric for total time spent using Claude will be added soon. The company describes the dashboard as a way to 'see your patterns and shape them,' encouraging users to reflect on whether their AI usage aligns with their goals.
Reflect also periodically asks reflective questions, such as 'What’s one thing you want to keep doing yourself, even if Claude could do it faster?' After answering, users can discuss their response with Claude.
Privacy-wise, the feature does not pull data from connected tools (like emails) or include incognito chats or conversations linked to health integrations. Sensitive topics appear only at a high level.
The beta feature is available to all users with memory enabled, including free, Pro, and Max subscribers, accessible via Settings on the web or desktop app. Anthropic says the idea came from user interviews, and reflect will also come to Claude Cowork 'soon.'
