Apple's Second-Gen AirTags Hit New Low Price for Prime Day
Prime Day discounts bring the four-pack of Apple's latest AirTags to $90, the first significant markdown since their launch earlier this year.

Prime Day has brought the first major discount on Apple's new AirTags since they launched earlier this year. The four-pack is now available for $90 at Amazon and Best Buy, a $9 reduction that brings the price per tracker to about $22.50. For those needing more, Costco offers a five-pack for $99.99 to members, effectively including a fifth tracker at no extra cost.
The second-generation AirTags feature an upgraded ultra-wideband chip that allows them to guide users up to 50 percent farther away compared to the previous model. The speaker volume has also been increased by 50 percent, making it easier to locate a tag hidden in a closet or out of sight. Despite these improvements, many core features remain unchanged: the trackers still use a replaceable CR2032 battery, carry an IP67 water and dust resistance rating, and support AirTag sharing with up to five people. Users can also temporarily share the location of a lost item with participating airlines such as United, Delta, and American Airlines to help recover misplaced luggage.
