Apple raises Apple TV and Apple One subscription prices by up to 20 percent

Apple has raised the monthly price of its Apple TV streaming service from $13 to $15. The annual subscription price rose by 20 percent, from $99 to $119. According to Variety, current subscribers will receive one month's notice before the new prices take effect.

This marks another step in a pattern of recurring increases. The previous hike came in August 2025, when the monthly price rose from $10 to $13. Monthly prices were also adjusted in October 2023 and October 2022. The service, originally launched as Apple TV+, debuted in 2019 at a starting price of $5 per month.

Despite the repeated increases, Apple TV remains cheaper than major rivals — Netflix's ad-free plans start at $20 per month, while Disney+'s ad-free plans start at $19. Apple TV also carries no commercials, though its content library is notably smaller than that of many other subscription streaming services.

Apple One price also climbs

Alongside the Apple TV change, Apple raised the monthly price of an individual Apple One subscription from $20 to $22. Apple One bundles Apple TV together with Apple Arcade, Apple Fitness+, Apple Music, Apple News+ and iCloud+.

The increase follows a broader pattern of recent price hikes: last month Apple Music's monthly price rose from $11 to $13, and Apple One's Family plan increased from $26 to $28, while its Premier plan rose from $38 to $40.
