Average disability pension in Latvia reaches 346 euros in April

The average disability pension in Latvia in April 2026 was 346.18 euros, up by 3.33 euros from March, according to the State Social Insurance Agency.

According to data released by the State Social Insurance Agency (VSAA) on June 20, the average disability pension in Latvia stood at €346.18 in April 2026. This represents an increase of €3.33 compared to March.

Broken down by gender, men received a higher average pension of €352.14, while women received €340.32. A total of 75,609 individuals received disability pensions in April, including 37,473 men and 38,136 women. The data shows that although slightly more women than men are recipients, men's average pension is higher.
