Poll: SDE's rating surge stalls
The latest weekly poll shows that the Social Democratic Party's recent rise in support has come to a halt, while Isamaa and the Centre Party have gained ground.

According to the results of a weekly poll published on Wednesday, conducted by the Institute for Societal Research and Norstat Eesti AS, the recent boost in support for the opposition Social Democratic Party (SDE) has ended. SDE, which ranks third in party popularity, lost support over the past week, while Isamaa and the Centre Party, holding the top two positions, saw their support increase.
Isamaa is now the most popular party with 26.6 percent, followed by the Centre Party at 22.5 percent, the Social Democrats at 13.7 percent, and EKRE at 13.6 percent. The Social Democrats' rating, which had risen in recent weeks, fell by 1.5 percentage points. Other parties' results remained unchanged.
Rounding out the top four, the Reform Party is at 12.4 percent, the non-parliamentary party Parempoolsed at 6.2 percent, and Eesti 200 at 1.7 percent. Coalition parties – Reform and Eesti 200 – together hold 14.1 percent support, while Riigikogu opposition parties command 76.4 percent.
The aggregate results cover the polling period from June 8 to July 13, during which 4,000 voting-age citizens of Estonia were surveyed.
