The political alliance United List (AS) has submitted its candidate list for the 15th Saeima elections to the Central Election Commission. The list includes 125 candidates, among them former President Raimonds Vējonis, political scientist Iveta Meņģelsone, and economist Ģirts Jenzis. Elections are scheduled for October 3.

The United List (AS) political alliance officially submitted its candidate list for the 15th Saeima elections to the Central Election Commission (CVK) on Monday, July 21. The elections are set to take place on October 3 this year. AS becomes one of the first political forces to complete this procedure.
In total, the list includes 125 candidates – 86 men and 39 women. A vast majority (93.6%) hold higher education degrees, while the remaining 6.4% have secondary education.
Among the most notable candidates from AS are former President Raimonds Vējonis, political scientist and former director of the State Chancellery Iveta Meņģelsone, and economist and longtime entrepreneur Ģirts Jenzis.
The alliance also submitted its election program, titled "Nākam labot un celt" (Let's Improve and Lift), outlining its plans for the next four years, focusing on reforms and national development.
The 15th Saeima elections are a significant event in Latvia's political landscape, and AS aims to secure enough voter support to influence the country's future direction.
