The United States has resumed almost all military shipments to Estonia, except for ATACMS missiles still held up due to US operations in Iran. Estonian Defense Minister Hanno Pevkur confirmed that the ammunition will arrive in the coming months.

Estonian Defense Minister Hanno Pevkur announced that the United States has unblocked most arms deliveries that were delayed because Washington prioritized its military operations in Iran. In an interview with ERR, he stated that ammunition, except for one type – ATACMS missiles – is now released and will reach Estonia in the coming months.

According to the minister, ATACMS are still pending as they are primarily needed for US missions in Iran. The rest of the ammunition has been unblocked, and logistics details are being finalized, including when a transport aircraft can be sent. Pevkur emphasized that despite the four-month delay, future deliveries will not be shifted.

In April, Estonian Prime Minister Kristen Michal warned that the US might face issues with weapon supplies due to the Middle East conflict. It later emerged that HIMARS rockets were primarily affected. Earlier this month, Estonia's Ministry of Defense began talks with several companies for long-range missiles, including the Barracuda cruise missile for HIMARS launchers.
