On Friday, September 18, the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Office, led by Constable Mark Herman, responded to a call about a child found in a swimming pool at a home in the 19000 block of Pine Trace Court, in the Atascocita South area near Humble, Texas. Emergency crews, including a Life Flight helicopter, were dispatched to the scene.
To allow the helicopter to land safely, West Lake Houston Parkway was temporarily closed near FM 1960. Residents were asked to avoid the area, expect delays, and give emergency personnel room to work.
