US announces seventh consecutive night of airstrikes on Iran
The US Central Command (CENTCOM) has announced that it is conducting airstrikes on Iranian territory for the seventh consecutive night, aiming to further weaken Iran's military capabilities.

CENTCOM stated on social media that a new strike was carried out on July 18 at 3:00 PM Eastern Time. This marks the seventh straight night of such operations, ordered by the US President to continue degrading Iran's military potential.
Previously, CENTCOM reported the sixth night of strikes. The campaign began on July 13 under orders from President Donald Trump, targeting Iran's ability to attack civilian shipping in the Strait of Hormuz. In response, Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) struck US bases in Jordan and Bahrain on July 13.
On the morning of July 14, CENTCOM announced it had completed the latest wave of strikes, hitting military targets in six Iranian cities.
