In the early hours of Sunday morning, a Qatar Executive private jet that had departed from Mongolia landed in Tallinn. On board was Donald Trump Jr., businessman, political activist, and eldest son of US President Donald Trump.

Upon arrival, he checked into the Radisson Collection hotel in Tallinn. Both the visit itself and his movements around the city were kept secret, with his identity only becoming known afterward.

Avoiding media attention

Around midday, Trump Jr. left the hotel, and accounts suggest he was keen to avoid press attention. A local photographer observed that he was escorted out through a rear entrance under substantial security. Both security personnel and parked vehicles were used to shield him from being noticed. After leaving the hotel, Trump Jr. headed onto the highway leading toward Tartu.

It remains publicly unknown what prompted the trip — whether it was tied to private matters or business interests.

No official comment

The US Embassy in Estonia declined to offer any assessment, stating that only the White House in Washington could comment on such matters. Since it was very early morning in the United States at the time, the White House press office did not respond to attempts to reach it.
