US Strikes Iran for Sixth Consecutive Night
The US Central Command announced that American forces have conducted airstrikes against targets in Iran for the sixth consecutive night, aiming to further weaken its military capabilities. The strikes follow Iran's retaliatory attacks on US bases in Jordan and Bahrain.

The US Central Command (CENTCOM) announced that American forces have conducted airstrikes against targets in Iran for the sixth consecutive night. In a statement on social media platform X, CENTCOM said the wave of strikes aims to further diminish Iran's military capabilities.
Earlier, on the night of July 15, US forces launched a new series of strikes on Iranian targets and announced the reinstatement of a naval blockade on ships bound for Iranian ports.
CENTCOM had previously reported that on the night of July 13, on the orders of President Donald Trump, the US began a series of strikes against Iran aimed at weakening its ability to attack civilian shipping in the Strait of Hormuz. In response, Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) struck US bases in Jordan and Bahrain on Monday, July 13.
On the morning of July 14, CENTCOM stated that it had completed another wave of strikes on Iran, hitting military targets in six cities.
