US and Iran to Sign Agreement in June in Switzerland
The signing ceremony of the peace agreement between the US and Iran will take place on June 19 in Geneva, Switzerland, according to Pakistan's Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar.

Pakistan's Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar announced on social media platform X that the signing ceremony of the US-Iran peace agreement will be held on June 19 in Geneva, Switzerland. He described the event as a "significant breakthrough" that provides much-needed confidence and stability for global markets and the world economy, especially for developing countries most vulnerable to regional instability. Dar thanked Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Turkey for their support and diplomatic efforts.
US President Donald Trump had previously announced the conclusion of a peace agreement with Iran and the imminent reopening of the Strait of Hormuz. Germany, France, the UK, and Italy have declared their readiness to support the restoration of traffic in the Strait of Hormuz.
