US and Iran May Sign Ceasefire Agreement This Sunday in Geneva
According to CNN sources, the US and Iran may sign a ceasefire agreement this Sunday, May 14, in Geneva, followed by a second phase of negotiations.

The United States and Iran may sign a document this Sunday, May 14, that would end the war between the two countries. For now, it is a "framework" agreement, after which negotiations will continue. This was reported by CNN, citing multiple sources.
According to one source, the signing ceremony will take place in Geneva, Switzerland, followed by the US delegation's participation in the G7 summit in France. Another source indicated that the signing would launch a "second phase" of US-Iran talks.
An Iranian source mentioned that Vienna, Austria, is also being considered as a possible location. Earlier, US President Donald Trump stated that an agreement with Iran could be reached this weekend in Europe, and Iran's foreign minister said the agreement is "closer than ever."
Trump also canceled previously announced strikes on Iran, as negotiating teams approved the "final points" of the deal.
