US Ambassador to UN: Diplomacy Doesn't Always Work, But Must Come First

In the interview, Waltz emphasized that the United States will absolutely honor its commitments, including those to the Baltic region, and will stand with the Baltic states in the event of a threat. Regarding Russia's war in Ukraine, Waltz stated that it must be resolved through robust diplomacy, while acknowledging that diplomacy does not always succeed. Nevertheless, he insisted that diplomacy should be the primary approach.
