The annual music festival Laima Rendezvous Jūrmala 2026 began on July 24 at the Dzintari Concert Hall, gathering dozens of performers from around the world for a festive summer atmosphere.

Shortly before the concert, Russian pop icon Alla Pugacheva and Maxim Galkin arrived. The couple strolled leisurely along the press wall before heading into the hall, drawing attention from attendees and their smartphone cameras.

The opening night’s lineup included festival host Laima Vaikule, alongside Latvian artists Jānis Stībelis, Normunds Rutulis, and Patrisha. International guests also took the stage: Ukrainian singers Mikola Trubahs and Olya Polyakova, Italian jazz musician Davide Carreta, Moldova’s band Zdob și Zdub, Estonia’s Alika Milova and Uku Suviste, and Kazakh soprano Zarina Altynbayeva.

Organizers invite festivalgoers to browse the first-day photo gallery and spot themselves among the crowd. The Laima Rendezvous Jūrmala festival continues with additional concerts.
