Warsaw-Tallinn Bus Crashes in Lithuania; Among Passengers Were Estonian Residents
On the night of July 6, a FlixBus traveling from Warsaw to Tallinn crashed into a ditch in Lithuania. The bus carried 20 passengers from several countries, including Estonia, and some were injured.

Early on July 6 at approximately 2:10 AM, a FlixBus Scania operating on the Warsaw-Tallinn route veered off the road and into a ditch on the Marijampolė-Kaunas highway in the Marijampolė district of Lithuania. Preliminary police reports indicate the driver lost control due to adverse weather conditions.
The bus was carrying 20 passengers from Lithuania, Latvia, Finland, Ukraine, Estonia, and Poland. Several injured individuals were taken to hospitals in Marijampolė and Vilkaviškis. The exact number of casualties and the nature of their injuries are still being determined.
Lithuanian police have launched an investigation into the circumstances of the accident.
