Fifth Academic Year of 'Silver University' Concludes at Baltic International Academy

The fifth academic year of the 'Silver University' program has concluded at the Baltic International Academy (BIA). The closing event was held in a calm and cordial atmosphere, without loud speeches. There was a clear sense that the past year was not lived in vain.
