French club Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) forward Bradley Barcola has decided not to renew his contract this summer and will most likely leave the club. The 23-year-old Frenchman has informed the management that he does not intend to extend his stay, with two years remaining on his current deal.

Interest in Barcola has come from two English Premier League clubs – Liverpool and Arsenal. According to reports, Liverpool is the favorite to secure the forward's services, having already attempted to sign him last summer. Arsenal, meanwhile, currently prioritizes signing Vinícius from Real Madrid.

PSG has set a high price for the transfer – the club wants at least €170 million to sell Barcola. This sum would make it one of the most expensive transfers in football history.

Barcola joined PSG in 2023 from Olympique Lyon for €45 million. Last season, he scored 18 goals and provided six assists in 48 appearances. During the World Cup, he scored two goals in five matches, including a goal in the third-place match against England, which France lost 4-6.

This summer, Liverpool has already signed another winger – Victor Munjos from Spanish club Osasuna for €40 million.
