“Bauer Media Outdoor Latvia” renamed to “TVNET MEDIA”
The outdoor advertising company has officially changed its name in the Enterprise Register, marking the completion of the acquisition by MM Grupp.

On June 30, the Enterprise Register recorded the name change of “Bauer Media Outdoor Latvia” to “TVNET MEDIA”. This step completes the deal in which the Estonian holding “MM Grupp” acquired the Baltic outdoor advertising companies of Germany-based “Bauer Media Group”.
Liāna Konlija, head of Sales at TVNET GRUPA, stated that the sales house is expanding. The “Bauer Media Outdoor” deal is finished, and the company now has a new name. The sales team is being integrated into TVNET GRUPA’s sales house, which already operates across four media types: online, TV, cinema, and outdoor advertising.
Linda Brice will be responsible for sales, while also continuing her role as TV product sales manager. Konlija added that further expansion is planned for the future.
Earlier reports confirmed that Margus Linnamäe-controlled “MM Grupp” had acquired Bauer Media Group’s outdoor advertising companies in the Baltics. This was confirmed by Raido Soms, the representative of MM Grupp’s media and advertising business in Estonia and Latvia.
