A collision between a car and a cyclist occurred in Bauska on the afternoon of Tuesday, September 15. According to Rūta Strautniece, a representative of the State Police, the incident happened around 5 p.m. when a car was exiting a parking lot and encountered a cyclist on the road.

The Volvo was driven by a man born in 1962, while the bicycle was ridden by a man born in 1951.
Aftermath and next steps
Paramedics were called to the scene and provided assistance to those involved. However, neither driver required hospitalization.
