The Road Transport Directorate (ATD) has announced that starting next Monday, September 21, departure times will change for several regional bus services in the "Bauska" section of the route network. The changes were made following proposals from the Bauska municipal government and the Zemgale Planning Region, and will affect four routes operated by AS "Nordeka".

What changes on each route

On the Bauska–Rītausmas–Bauska route (No. 5913), the bus from Bauska bus station will now depart at 7:25 instead of the previous 7:05, running on weekdays.

On the Bauska–Grenctāle–Ērgļi route (No. 6501), the service from Tunkūni will shift from 6:45 to 7:05. It will run Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

On the Bauska–Bārbele route (No. 6404), both morning services will move 15 minutes later — the bus from Bauska bus station will leave at 6:05 (previously 5:50), while the one from Bārbele will depart at 6:50 (previously 6:35). These services will run Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

On the Bauska–Ozolaine route (No. 6457), both afternoon services will now depart ten minutes earlier — from Bauska at 14:50 (previously 15:00) and from Ozolaine at 15:30 (previously 15:40). These services run daily.

The ATD is urging residents to check the current bus schedule before traveling, as the changes will affect a number of routine daily journeys in the region.
