BBC Sport pundits debate whether Kane should win the Ballon d'Or
In a BBC Sport video, three football pundits discuss whether England captain Harry Kane should win the Ballon d'Or after a "phenomenal" season.
Football pundits are debating whether England captain and Bayern Munich forward Harry Kane deserves the Ballon d'Or, the annual award for the world's best player, after what has been described as a "phenomenal" season.
The question is examined in a video from the British broadcaster BBC Sport. Three football analysts take part in the discussion: Stephen Warnock, Nedum Onuoha and Lars Sivertsen. They consider whether Kane's performances over the past season are strong enough to make him a contender for the individual prize.
The source description says only that the season was "phenomenal" and that Kane's candidacy is under discussion. It gives no specific statistics, rival candidates or conclusions reached by the pundits.
