Belgium pulled off a stunning comeback against Senegal in the World Cup last-32 match in Seattle, winning 3-2 after extra time. Trailing 2-0, Belgium scored twice in the final four minutes of regular time through Romelu Lukaku and Youri Tielemans to force extra time. Tielemans then converted a penalty in the 125th minute after a VAR review, when Lamine Camara fouled him in the box.

Senegal had taken a deserved lead with goals from Habib Diarra in the 25th minute and Ismaila Sarr in the 51st minute. The African side dominated much of the match, hitting the woodwork twice, but could not hold on. Belgium's equalizer came from Tielemans' header off a deep cross by Leandro Trossard, after Lukaku had pulled one back from close range.

Belgium will face the winner of Wednesday's match between co-hosts United States and Bosnia and Herzegovina in the next round on Monday in Seattle. For Senegal, it was a heartbreaking exit, becoming the fourth African team to lose in the last 32 after South Africa, Ivory Coast, and DR Congo.
