Belohvoščiks and Rožlapa Win Latvian Time Trial Championships
Aleksandrs Belohvoščiks and Lija Rožlapa have claimed the Latvian national titles in the individual time trial, with Belohvoščiks earning his first win and Rožlapa her tenth.

Aleksandrs Belohvoščiks became the Latvian champion in the men's individual time trial. Over the 34-kilometer course, he finished in 44 minutes and 8.7 seconds, beating silver medalist Olivers Jēkabs Skrapcis by one minute and 25.3 seconds. Skrapcis also topped the U-23 category. Kārlis Klismets took bronze, 2 minutes and 14.7 seconds behind. Belohvoščiks's father, former professional cyclist Raivis Belohvoščiks, placed 11th.
In the women's 17-kilometer event, Lija Rožlapa won with a time of 23 minutes and 43.7 seconds, ahead of Kitija Siltumēna and Madara Āboma. This marks Rožlapa's tenth national time trial title, while Belohvoščiks claimed his first.
Among juniors, Georgs Tjumins won the boys' title, and Kate Ketrīna Skujiņa won the girls' title.
