Children's Hospital is set to develop a training direction that relies on simulations. As part of this change, a portion of the medical treatment and care study process will now be conducted in a newly established simulation training room, which features modern technical equipment. The room is intended to become the foundation of a Simulation Training Center, where a wide-ranging training program will be offered. A key feature of the center will be the ability to incorporate situations into the learning process that are maximally similar to the real working environment.

The creation of the center means that those involved in treatment and care will be able to learn in conditions that remind them of their daily professional duties. This approach is designed to make the educational process more practical and responsive to the needs of the healthcare sector. The simulation room will allow the training schedule to be adapted to different scenarios and learning goals, giving participants the chance to work through various situations.

With the development of this simulation-based training direction, the Children's Hospital intends to modernize part of its educational activities and provide a learning atmosphere that closely mirrors real workplace conditions. The hospital will thus have a dedicated space where practical aspects of treatment and care can be learned in a way that aligns with real-world demands.
