Drones Strike Rostov, Engels, and Occupied Luhansk; Military Barracks Catch Fire
On the night of July 24-25, Ukrainian drone attacks targeted multiple Russian cities, including Rostov, Engels, and temporarily occupied Luhansk, causing large fires and damaging military facilities.

During the night of July 24-25, several Russian cities came under drone attack, according to Russian media Astra and the Exilenova+ Telegram channel. A large fire broke out in Rostov, while military barracks in Engels were burning.
In Saratov Oblast, a missile alert and drone threat were declared. Local residents reported a fire near Engels-1, where a military unit is based. The burning building is reportedly located near facilities of the Engels-2 military air base. Eyewitnesses shared footage showing thick smoke and flames.
Fires and heavy smoke were also reported in Rostov following the strikes. The temporarily occupied city of Luhansk in Luhansk Oblast also came under attack, with explosions heard and a fire at the strike site.
Previously, on the night of July 24, drones struck the Russian city of Belgorod, setting fire to logistics warehouses and energy infrastructure facilities.
