First Village Festival in Blome on August 1st

On Saturday, August 1st, Blome in Smiltene Municipality will host its first-ever village festival, organized by the local residents' council and the community centre.

On Saturday, August 1st, the village of Blome in Smiltene Municipality will see a new event – the first Blome Village Festival. The initiative comes from the Blome Parish Residents' Council. The festival is organized by the Blome Community Centre under the leadership of Gunita Maka, in cooperation with the residents' council, the joint administration of Blome and Smiltene Parishes, as well as active local youth and responsive residents. The event welcomes not only residents of Blome Parish but also people from Smiltene and other nearby and distant areas who wish to celebrate together.
