Boriss Andrejevs, founder of technology company AirScout, discusses his approach to building a successful business. He emphasizes the need to build trusting relationships, listen to clients, and adapt to changing market conditions. Equally important is the ability to make decisions and not fear adjusting the chosen direction when necessary.

According to Andrejevs, long-term success is determined by the team. He believes that in the future, winners will not be the largest companies but those with small, strong teams that can deliver the highest added value for the industry. The leader's main task is to gather talented people and maintain focus. Ideas alone are worthless; the key is to turn an idea into a product, the product into a business, and the business into a sustainable system.

Andrejevs recalls that since childhood, he wanted to be an entrepreneur for the freedom to make his own decisions and take responsibility. He never felt comfortable in rigid hierarchical structures and always sought to see the whole picture—the problem, solution, client, and result. He adds that he has never lacked business ideas.
