Boston Bruins Beat Anaheim Ducks on Three Power-Play Goals for Fourth Straight Win
In an NHL regular-season game, the Boston Bruins won on the road against the Anaheim Ducks despite trailing 2-0. Three power-play goals secured the win, and Boston sits second in the Eastern Conference.

The Boston Bruins won their fourth consecutive game of the NHL regular season, the top North American ice hockey league, by beating the Anaheim Ducks. Boston came back from a two-goal deficit and scored four unanswered goals. The result keeps the team near the top of the Eastern Conference early in the new season.
Power play made the difference
Boston converted three of its four power-play chances. That equals the number of power-play goals the team had scored in its first seven games of the season combined. David Pastrnak and Elias Lindholm each scored and added an assist with the man advantage.
James Hagens, 19, contributed two assists. He has six points in eight games this season and leads all rookies in scoring.
Anaheim started fast
Anaheim scored twice within 21 seconds at the end of the first period. One goal came from a long-range shot, and Beckett Sennecke made it 2-0 with an empty-net shot to finish a quick, precise passing play. The visitors then replied with four consecutive goals, three of them in the third period.
Standings
With six wins in eight games, Boston is second in the Eastern Conference. It trails the Carolina Hurricanes, winners of the 2026 Stanley Cup, by one point.
