Night forecast
An active cyclone over the Baltic states will determine the weather at night. Clouds will bring rain to most of the territory – in the west, rain will be prolonged and heavy, locally very heavy, while in the east, showers are expected. Thunderclouds may form in some places with thunder heard. Wind will be light, but in the coastal areas of Kurzeme, gusts will increase to 15-18 m/s, reaching 20-21 m/s in gusts. Air temperature will drop to +10...+15°C. In Riga, skies will be cloudy with rain, occasionally heavy, and possible thunderstorms; temperature will fall to +13...+15°C.

During the day, the cyclone center will be over Latvia, so rain will fall intermittently in many places, with local cumulonimbus clouds bringing heavy thunder showers. On the coast, wind gusts will reach 20-22 m/s. Cloud cover will clear only in the afternoon, with maximum temperatures of +14...+19°C. In Riga, it will be cloudy with occasional clearings, rain expected in the evening, possibly with thunderstorms. Light wind, temperatures rising to +16...+18°C.
