During the day, northwest wind gusts will reach 9–14 metres per second, and up to 18 metres per second on the coast. Air temperatures will rise to between +8 and +12 degrees.

In Riga, the capital, cloud cover on 5 November will vary, with no significant precipitation. Northwest wind gusts will reach up to 18 metres per second, and the temperature will hover around +10 degrees.
