Civinity Moves to Upmalas Biroji and Takes Over Property Management for Baltic Horizon Fund’s Riga Portfolio
Civinity will relocate its Latvian head office to the Upmalas Biroji business center and become the provider of professional cleaning and property management services for the entire Riga property portfolio of Baltic Horizon Fund.

Civinity has agreed to a new cooperation model that combines the roles of tenant and service provider. The company will move its Latvian head office to the Upmalas Biroji business center and simultaneously provide professional cleaning and property management services for the entire Riga property portfolio of Baltic Horizon Fund.
The Upmalas Biroji business center is located in a green, tree-surrounded area on the left bank of the Daugava River. It is BREEAM-certified and designed to high German building efficiency standards. The complex was previously recognized as Latvia's most sustainable building and is highly valued for its low operating costs and abundant natural lighting.
Civinity's new 550 m² space will feature a fully customizable and flexible layout to support team growth and collaboration in Latvia. The relocation is expected to be completed by the end of autumn 2026.
Edvinas Karbauskas, manager of Baltic Horizon Fund, notes that attracting a tenant of this level confirms the commercial strength of the portfolio. He emphasizes that Civinity's ability to provide a wide range of services makes the agreement particularly valuable, as it ensures not only a stable long-term lease partnership but also a broader service offering for other tenants.
Deividas Jacka, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Civinity, highlights that the agreement means much more than just a new office lease for the company in Latvia. Upmalas Biroji will provide a modern and sustainable work environment, while the broader cooperation with Baltic Horizon Fund will allow Civinity to apply its experience in property management across the fund's entire Riga office portfolio. This is an example of how the roles of tenant and service provider can create mutual value.
