Second Edition of Dagda Festival of Architecture, Music and Art Takes Place
For the second year, the town of Dagda hosts a festival that aims to strengthen the physical and mental borderland through culture, responding to the geopolitical challenges and new threats faced by people on Latvia's eastern border.

Living in a geopolitically complex time when people on the eastern borderland face new threats that force them to change their usual rhythm of life, Dagda is hosting the Festival of Architecture, Art and Music for the second year.
The festival's goal is to strengthen the physical and mental borderland by using culture as a tool. It brings together artists, architects and musicians to jointly build resilience and community cohesion in the region directly adjacent to Russia.
